Confident maiden win for Ammerland product GENTLE at Del Mar

Ammerland-bred three-year-olds continue to light up the horse racing scene, even on an international scale. Last night, the filly GENTLE, who is in the care of George Papaprodromou for Qatar Racing LLC, scored her first win on her third time out in a 1,700 metres contest for fillies at Del Mar. Umberto Rispoli made a bold move with the No Nay Nevery daughter in the far straight and took her to a commanding victory with two and a half lengths advantage.
GENTLE is a daughter of the LOPE DE VEGA sister LIGHT THE STARS. The filly was a sale for us at the 2021 Arqana Yearling Sale.
