Ammerland product DALIKA sold for $1.65 mio at Keeneland

Ammerland-bred DALIKA made headlines for Bal Mar Equine one last time when the seven-year-old daughter of Pastorius sold for $1.65 million at Keeneland's Breeding Stock Sale. The Gr.1 Beverly D. Stakes winner left Germany after her two-year-old campaign and continued to climb the ranks in the U.S. where she rose from allowance ranks to a steady group performer.

The roan mare out of Ammerland's top mare DRAWN TO RUN raced 32 times, winning 10 races and $1,465,836. She is in foal to 2022 Horse of the Year FLIGHTLINE (Tapit) and was acquired by an owner syndicate with name Pursuit of Success. All good signs for this beautiful mare, who we wish all the best for her career as a mother.
